Al-Kharabsheh stated in a press release that the committee approved a series of projects to be connected via conventional grids and solar cell systems funded by "Fils al-Reef." These include residential clusters and economic activities, following an expansion of the service under recent amendments to the rural electrification criteria.

Hisham Al-Momani, Director of the Electricity and Rural Electrification Directorate, detailed the decisions, noting they include:

Residential clusters (5+ homes) outside municipal boundaries: 42,000 JOD.

Residential clusters (min. 3 homes) outside municipal boundaries: 36,000 JOD.

Individual homes outside municipal boundaries using existing grids: 27,000 JOD.

According to Al-Momani, the lists also included underprivileged families within municipal boundaries in electricity company concession areas, costing 6,000 JOD.

In support of livestock and agricultural production, the funding covered poultry, cattle, sheep, and fish farms within "poverty pockets" outside municipal boundaries (24,000 JOD), and farms with artesian wells (12,000 JOD) to enhance food security and self-reliance.

Furthermore, "Fils al-Reef" contributed 193,000 JOD to support productive, industrial, and investment projects in poverty pockets, provided they create jobs for Jordanians in the project areas.

The approvals also covered electricity for government sectors and agricultural/charitable cooperatives (20,000 JOD), as well as upgrading the capacity of transformer stations built by the fund over the last decade (7,000 JOD).

In the field of renewable energy, the committee approved installing grid-tied solar systems for 168 homes of underprivileged families and National Aid Fund beneficiaries, aiming to reduce monthly energy bills and improve their economic standing.
