The President of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed, received two phone calls from President Donald Trump and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, during which they discussed trilateral cooperation and the situation in the Middle East.

The Emirates News Agency (WAM) stated in a report: "His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, received a phone call from His Excellency Donald Trump, President of the United States of America... during which they discussed various aspects of strategic cooperation and joint efforts to strengthen relations between the UAE and the United States in a manner that serves their mutual interests."
The statement added: "The two sides also reviewed developments in the Middle East and exchanged views regarding them."
Furthermore, the UAE President received a phone call from the Saudi Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman. During the call, the two leaders discussed fraternal relations and various aspects of cooperation and joint coordination between the two brotherly nations.
The two sides also reviewed regional developments, including their serious implications for regional and international security and stability, as well as the ongoing efforts addressed toward these issues. — Agencies
