Bahreini added, "Our colleagues are continuing discussions following very good talks that took place yesterday at the technical level," noting that two working groups will be formed in the coming days to discuss the lifting of sanctions imposed on Iran and issues related to Iranian nuclear activities, according to Reuters.
He emphasized that the Strait of Hormuz remains open to maritime traffic free of charge, pointing out that what happens after 60 days will depend on the outcomes of the ongoing negotiations.
Furthermore, he explained that the agreement includes the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Lebanon, without disclosing further details regarding the implementation mechanisms or the associated timeline.
Bahreini indicated that the formation of the two working groups represents a practical step toward continuing discussions between the two sides on key contentious issues, primarily the sanctions and the Iranian nuclear program.
