AMMAN - The
acting governor of Al-Mafraq, Hassan Al-Jabbour, has said that a coffee house
in the city of Mafraq had been closed for violating Defense Act No. 32.
Jabbour explained to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, on
Thursday, that it had been decided to close the coffee house for one week, as
its workers had not received their Covid-19 vaccinations.
Jabbour stressed that "no business-establishment will
be tolerated especially with regard to the non-receipt of vaccinations for
working staff members," while calling for the need to receive
anti-Covid-19 vaccinations, which will help to support efforts to reduce the pandemic.
