World Bank project to vaccinate 2.4 million people in Jordan

AMMAN — The World Bank is studying financing a new project for Jordan, which will contribute to vaccinating 2.4 million people against the coronavirus, reaching the goal of vaccinating 40 percent of the adult population in the Kingdom, to help achieve group immunity.اضافة اعلان

According to a bank document, the project is valued at $60 million and is scheduled to be signed in June. The project will include funding for the purchase and distribution of vaccines, and strengthening the treatment of infected Syrian refugees.
