PM Hassan Calls for Accelerating Development of Durra Border Crossing in Aqaba

Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan on Thursday inspected the ongoing development project at the Durra Border Crossing in Aqaba Governorate.

During the visit, the Prime Minister directed that the phases of the project be expedited, as part of an inspection tour covering several sites, projects, and institutions across the governorate.اضافة اعلان

The Prime Minister also reviewed the progress at the new Aqaba Port, which features nine berths, including two dedicated to grain silos. The port has been upgraded and its handling capacity expanded to 6 million tons annually, contributing to a 9% increase in cargo handling operations compared to last year.
