AMMAN — The National Center for Security and Crises
Management refuted social media claims that today, Saturday, would be an “open
day” for those wishing to receive the vaccine and are registered on the
Ministry of Health platform, but do not have appointments.
The center’s crisis cell said that only those who have
received an SMS, containing on appointment, would be allowed to receive the
vaccine and cautioned anyone without one against visiting vaccination centers
to avoid overcrowding, and the resulting spread of COVID-19.
