AMMAN — Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) has
promoted 49 employees from their air operations workforce to the ranks of pilot
and co-pilot.
According to Al-Mamlaka TV, the Deputy
Chairman of the Board and CEO of Royal Jordanian, Samer Majali, emphasized that
the employees of Royal Jordanian are its true capital and its primary and most
important means for change and continuous development.
He pointed out that Royal Jordanian is
proceeding with a fleet modernization plan to increase the number of the
company's aircraft to 41 in the coming years. Two new Embraer E2 aircraft will
join the fleet next month, out of a total of 8 aircraft planned for the coming
years.
