SHENZHEN — His Majesty King Abdullah II on Thursday toured an exhibition in Shenzhen featuring a group of leading Chinese technology companies, showcasing advanced machinery, robotics, aerial mobility solutions, and logistics technologies.

During a meeting with the heads of the participating companies, His Majesty discussed prospects for cooperation in research and development, as well as building partnerships in innovation and digital transformation.
The King highlighted Jordan’s strategic location and stable business environment, emphasizing that these assets reinforce its position as a regional hub for services and technology.
For their part, executives from the companies—which specialize in integrating cutting-edge technology into robotics and smart delivery solutions—expressed strong interest in exploring collaborative opportunities and forming strategic partnerships with Jordan.
Director of the Office of His Majesty Ala'a Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat, and Jordan’s Ambassador to China Hussam Al-Husseini attended the meeting.
