Provincial, municipal councils, GAM elections set for March 22

AMMAN — The elections for governorates, local and municipal councils as well as the Amman Municipality Council will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, according to a decision issued Sunday by the Board of Commissioners of the Independent Election Commission.اضافة اعلان

The commission said that it was ready to conduct the elections in accordance with legal grounds and in cooperation with other stakeholders in the electoral process, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The Cabinet decided, in a session held on Wednesday, to move forward with the elections and submitted an official request to the Commission.
