In an official statement issued on Tuesday, the NCHR announced the distribution of the memorandum to several prominent entities, including the United Nations Secretary-General, the High Commissioner for Human Rights, members of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), the Prosecutor General of the International Criminal Court, the President of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Federation of Journalists (IFJ), and the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.

The NCHR further confirmed that the memorandum was also dispatched to the Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Special Rapporteur for Middle East Peace, the Deputy Secretary of the United Nations for Relief Affairs, numerous ambassadors accredited to the Kingdom, and representatives of United Nations organizations in Jordan.

The memorandum included comprehensive legal evidence of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. These transgressions encompass war crimes and crimes against humanity, particularly the killing of civilians, acts of genocide, forced displacement, home and property destruction, collective punishment, and various severe violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law.

Within the memorandum, the NCHR called upon these international bodies to initiate legal procedures and measures to ensure that the Israeli occupation is held accountable for its actions and to fulfill their professional and moral obligations to promptly cease aggression against the Gaza Strip.

Additionally, the NCHR urged the establishment of humanitarian corridors to facilitate the delivery of medical and relief assistance and ensure its continuous flow. The center also called for the provision of essential utilities such as electricity, water, and fuel to the Gaza Strip.
