AMMAN – The
Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) has
launched an electronic platform and a corresponding mobile application named
"
Urdoni" as part of its efforts to market Jordanian products,
according to a statement from the chamber on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the
website and application offer a search service by the manufacturer's name or products in an
easy and fast manner.
According to Al-Mamlaka TV, Fathi Al-Jaghbeer,
the head of the Jordan and Amman Chambers of Industry, emphasized that the
launch of the website and its accompanying application aims to enable consumers
to learn about
Jordanian industrial products and provide industrial companies
with an opportunity to showcase their products in an innovative way.
He pointed out that the application is
characterized by its ease of use and access to the desired product, as well as
the ability to identify products by scanning their barcodes. Jaghbeer mentioned
that
Amman's industry has reached out to other industrial chambers in the
kingdom to generalize the benefits of its services to its members.
He clarified that the services of the website
and the application are free for various Jordanian industrial companies. Each
registered company will be given a password that allows it to add or modify
images and information about its displayed products.
