Abu Al-Samen made the remarks at a meeting convened to review project progress and completion rates. He emphasized the need to address any challenges or obstacles that could affect implementation, and called for continued technical and field follow-up to ensure projects are completed at the required level of efficiency and within specified deadlines.
He said the projects included in the executive programs represent a practical translation of the Economic Modernization Vision's priorities, contributing to the development of the roads, housing and urban infrastructure sectors, supporting economic activity, and creating a more efficient and attractive investment environment, while improving services and quality of life for citizens and residents of the Kingdom.
Abu Al-Samen added that the Economic Modernization Vision is one of the main tracks within the comprehensive modernization agenda led by His Majesty King Abdullah II, and aims to unlock national potential, achieve inclusive and sustainable economic growth, create employment opportunities, and raise the standard of services provided.
The meeting included a review of the implementation status of projects, completion rates, planned timelines and the measures needed to accelerate work and ensure its continuation in line with approved plans.
The meeting was attended by Director General of the Government Tenders Department Mahmoud Khalifat, Secretary-General for Technical Affairs Wassim Al-Adwan, Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs Raed Al-Halahleh, and a number of departmental directors within the ministry.
