Jordan among RECAI’s top 40 countries

AMMAN — The Jordan News Agency, Petra, shared that Ernst & Young released Renewable Energy Country Attractiveness Index (RECAI) in October, highlighting the top 40 countries in renewable energy sector, including three Arab countries; amongst them was Jordan. اضافة اعلان

The US was ranked first on the index, scoring 72.8 points, while Morocco ranked the top of the three Arab countries and ranked 16th globally, scoring 58.1 points.   

Egypt was the second Arab country and ranked 19th globally in the sector, scoring 57.8 points, while Jordan ranked third on the Arab level and 38th globally, scoring 51.5 points.

Ernst and Young is considered one of the major professional companies in accounting, financial audit, consultations, and services. The company periodically issues the RECAI.
