His Majesty also expressed appreciation for Albania’s role in co-hosting this session.

On 15 October, the King, together with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, chaired a new round of the “Aqaba Meetings” in Rome, which was jointly organized with Italy.

Launched by King Abdullah II in 2015, the Aqaba Meetings aim to strengthen security and military coordination, enhance cooperation, and promote the exchange of expertise and information among regional and international partners to combat terrorism through a comprehensive approach.
