Domestic tourism expected to pick up during holiday

AMMAN — Officials from the tourism sector on Saturday said that easing COVID-19 restrictions and opening some sectors has revived domestic tourism and increased reservations during Eid Al-Adha.اضافة اعلان

In a statement made to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, chairman of Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents’ temporary committee, Nizar Stetieh, said that domestic tourism is expected to increase during Eid Al-Adha.

“Aqaba, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea so far have the highest number of reservations” according to Stetieh.
