Bani Ubaid Municipality announced that its crews are continuing work to realign the culvert located between the Thafar traffic light and the Camp traffic light, in addition to installing new culverts. This comes as part of an integrated plan to address the issue at its root and ensure it does not recur in the future.

The municipality confirmed that there is currently no road closure, noting that traffic movement in the area is proceeding normally.
In a related context, the municipality stated that it issued a violation against a commercial establishment for removing culvert lines in front of its premises and retaining only a single culvert. It added that the District Governor has been officially notified to take the necessary measures against the establishment.
The municipality called on citizens to exercise caution while passing through the area, thanking them for their cooperation and understanding, and reaffirming its commitment to continuing the required works in the interest of public safety.
