The Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that electronic applications for students seeking to correct a poor choice (“mischoice”) or transfer between majors and universities for the Bachelor’s degree level (2025–2026 supplementary cycle) will begin today, Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

The application period will remain open until 12:00 midnight on Saturday, February 21, 2026, through the Unified Admission Coordination Unit’s website (Bachelor’s section).
The Unit explained that a dedicated online system has been prepared allowing both students who were nominated for admission and those who were not accepted (mischoice applicants) to log in and submit a request including only three options. Students must use the same username and password previously used when submitting their original application.
Applicants must meet the minimum competitive admission averages for the current 2025–2026 supplementary cycle, in addition to the availability of vacant seats in the desired major.
The Unit also announced the addition of new transfer options at Hashemite University, including:

Computer Science and Its Applications
Early Childhood Education
