Al-Balqa Applied University (BAU) announced on Sunday the extension of the registration period for the intermediate university degree comprehensive exam ("Al-Shamel") for the 2026 summer session. Registration will remain open until the end of the working day on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in order to provide the maximum number of students with the opportunity to complete their registration procedures.

In a press release, the university confirmed that registration is to be completed through the university colleges and community colleges where students have fulfilled their graduation requirements, in accordance with the regulations approved by the Directorate of Evaluation and Public Examinations. Furthermore, students who are currently enrolled in classes this semester are also eligible to apply for the exam.
The university urged students wishing to take the exam to take the initiative and register before the specified deadline. It also advised them to review the guidelines and learning outcomes for the various specializations via the official website of the Directorate of Evaluation and Public Examinations.
