There are many different ways to prepare kofta, and below we present the method for making kofta with tahini, as well as kofta with tahini and pomegranate molasses.

Kofta with Tahini
Ingredients:
500 g minced meat
1 onion, quartered
3 garlic cloves
Parsley and coriander
Mixed spices
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Tahini Sauce Ingredients:
½ cup tahini
1 cup yogurt
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
Lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
Preparation Method:
Place the minced meat, garlic, parsley, coriander, and onion in a food processor.
Add salt, spices, and black pepper, then blend well until fully combined.
Shape the meat mixture into medium-sized balls.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Brown the kofta balls until golden in color.
Arrange the kofta in an oven tray.
In the same pan, add oil and sliced onion, stirring until the onion softens and turns golden.
In a deep bowl, mix the tahini, yogurt, and lemon juice.
Add water and stir well, then season with salt and black pepper.
Add the sautéed onions to the sauce mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture over the kofta in the tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
Kofta with Tahini and Pomegranate Molasses
Ingredients:
500 g minced meat
1 finely chopped onion
Chopped parsley
½ cup tahini
Salt and black pepper
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons oil
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
Preparation Method:
Place the minced meat and finely chopped onion in a bowl.
Add parsley, salt, and black pepper, and knead well until fully combined.
Shape the mixture into kofta sticks or balls and arrange them in a greased oven tray.
Drizzle the pomegranate molasses over the kofta.
Mix the tahini with lemon juice, water, and a little oil until well combined.
Pour the tahini mixture over the kofta in the tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked.
Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
