The event was organized by the Health Care Accreditation Council under the theme “Resilient Health Systems: Patients Always at the Heart of Care”, and took place from 24–26 November 2025 at the Landmark Hotel and Conference Center in Amman.
The conference addressed three main themes reflecting modern trends shaping the future of healthcare:
The role of artificial intelligence in patient monitoring and improving diagnosis,
The impact of environmental sustainability as a key driver of public health,
Clinical governance as a comprehensive framework to enhance accountability and improve the quality of care provided to patients.
The bank’s sponsorship comes as a continuation of its support for previous editions of the conference and aligns with its social responsibility strategy, “Imkan Al-Iskan,” which prioritizes the health sector as a cornerstone of inclusive and sustainable development. Through this program, the bank remains committed to supporting key institutions and initiatives aimed at enhancing the healthcare system and improving the quality, inclusivity, and resilience of its services.
The conference featured plenary sessions, workshops, and simulation exercises covering various topics, including empowering medical and healthcare staff and patients, enhancing quality to ensure patient safety, and addressing core challenges within healthcare systems while promoting sustainability in health services. With over 600 participants, the event offered a rich educational and practical environment. It concluded with a ceremony honoring Housing Bank for its role in supporting and facilitating the conference.
