Putin: Any Peace Agreement in Ukraine Must Not Threaten Russia’s Security

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that any settlement to the war in Ukraine must not undermine Moscow’s security.

“Of course, it is up to Ukraine to decide how to safeguard its security. But this security… must not be ensured at the expense of the security of other countries, especially the Russian Federation.”
