According to the European news agency Euronews, Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp stated in an official release that the Cabinet decided to classify the two Israeli ministers as “undesirable persons” and to initiate procedures to list them in the Schengen entry-ban system.
Veldkamp explained that the decision stems from their “repeated incitement to violence against Palestinians, ongoing calls to expand illegal settlements, and statements that included calls for ethnic cleansing in Gaza.”
