Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for new customs duties on Russia to make diplomacy effective, noting that Russian attacks highlight the need to pressure Moscow and impose sanctions.
He reported that Russia struck a gas distribution station in the Odessa region in southern Ukraine.
Zelensky wrote on X: “All these illustrative strikes only confirm the need to pressure Moscow, and the need to impose new sanctions and customs duties to make diplomacy fully effective.”
