Governor Ivan Fedorov wrote on Telegram that the facility’s buildings were destroyed and nearby homes were also damaged, according to Reuters.

Andriy Yermak, head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office, condemned the strikes, describing them as “another war crime” committed by Russia.
Posting on X (formerly Twitter), Yermak stated:

“The regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin, which issues threats against the United States through some of its mouthpieces, must be hit with economic and military blows that strip it of its ability to wage war.”

Fedorov said Russian forces carried out eight airstrikes on the Zaporizhzhia region using high-explosive aerial bombs.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military confirmed it had shot down 32 out of 37 drones launched by Russia during the overnight attack.
