Pezeshkian: We Are "Friends and Brothers" with Regional Countries; the Enemy Sows Discord
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian emphasized that his country views regional nations as "friends and brothers," asserting that "the enemy wants us to be in a state of war and seeks to stir conflict between us and other countries."اضافة اعلان

Speaking on the sidelines of an inspection of health facilities and medical centers, Pezeshkian stated: "We will not allow a single inch of our land to be seized. We are grateful to our people who remain present in the arena with strength, steadfastness, and enthusiasm, leading to the enemy's frustration."

On Regional Relations and Foreign Interference
The President added: "The enemy had superficial interpretations of my statements. The enemy wants us and our neighbors to be at war. It has been said repeatedly, and in accordance with the directives of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, that we are brothers with neighboring countries, and our relations must remain positive."

He clarified Iran's stance on potential escalations: "If our land is attacked or assaulted from any country, we will be forced to respond. This response does not mean we have a dispute or conflict with that nation, or that we wish to trouble its people; rather, it is a necessary response." He stressed that "the more pressure exerted on our land, the greater our capacity to confront it."

Humanitarian and Ethical Stance
Pezeshkian touched upon ethical convictions, stating: "Ideologically, we believe that the killing of an innocent human being is something we renounce." He questioned: "Do America and Israel feel no shame in killing such a large number of children? Do they not feel shame for the killing of over 50,000 children in Gaza?"

Defensive Readiness and Unity
The Iranian President reaffirmed: "We stand firmly against those who attack our country and will respond with force. Certainly, our armed forces and the Basij are present throughout the country and will defend the homeland with all their being. They will surely disturb the 'resting place' prepared for us. Iran will never bow its head to bullying, injustice, and aggression."

Addressing the public, he said: "We are concerned for our dear people who have been unsettled by the tensions in the region, and we apologize to them. We are friends with regional countries—they are our brothers. We must work hand-in-hand and not allow America and Israel to deceive regional nations and pit them against each other."

He concluded by stressing internal and regional unity: "Now is not the time to raise internal or external differences. If there is a dispute, we must resolve it among ourselves. We will not allow these differences to enable the enemies to achieve their malicious goals." (RT)
