In a statement, the Ministry expressed Kuwait's condemnation of the "brutal and ongoing Iranian attacks utilizing ballistic missiles and drones, the latest of which occurred at dawn today, once again targeting civilian and vital installations, including Kuwait International Airport. This resulted in the death of one individual, injuries to others, and damage to vital infrastructure, including diplomatic missions."

The Ministry stressed that "the security of the State of Kuwait, its sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens and residents on its land are a red line that cannot be crossed."

Separately, the Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced the resumption of all Kuwait Airways flights exclusively from Kuwait International Airport via Terminal 4 (T4). This decision follows the completion of damage assessments by technical teams and competent authorities, who implemented the necessary measures to ensure the safety of operational procedures.
