GAZA — Israeli forces are continuing to
besiege Al-Amal and Nasser hospitals in Khan Younis on Sunday, alongside heavy
shelling and intense gunfire.

The Red Crescent Society reports that various
Israeli military vehicles are currently surrounding Al-Amal Hospital, carrying
out extensive excavations in its vicinity. They also state that all staff
members are currently at extreme risk and unable to move, Al-Ghad reported.
Eyewitnesses have reported that the aerial
bombardment is focused on the southern and eastern parts of the Nasser complex,
as well as the Beit Hanoun area. Additionally, there is continuous artillery
shelling targeting the same regions and gunfire from helicopters and drones.
These attacks have resulted in the deaths and injuries of several civilians.
Thousands of displaced individuals have sought
refuge at Nasser Hospital to escape Israeli bombardment. On February 15,
Israeli forces conducted a 10-day operation at the hospital, resulting in the
deaths of dozens of displaced persons, medical staff, and patients, as well as
the arrest of hundreds of displaced individuals. They also carried out
destruction and shelling operations targeting various buildings and sections
within the hospital.
