The Iranian command warned of launching harsher attacks if Israel continues its strikes on Lebanon.

On Monday, Iran also confirmed that talks with the United States, aimed at putting an end to the war in the Middle East, are continuing through the Pakistani mediator, despite the recent escalation involving the exchange of strikes with Israel.

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei stated during his weekly press conference: "Diplomatic consultations naturally continue under all circumstances."

This comes hours after the Israeli military announced it had conducted airstrikes targeting military sites in western and central Iran, while Iranian television reported hearing explosions in Tehran, Tabriz, and Isfahan.

Earlier, the Israeli military announced it had detected 11 missiles launched from Iran toward Israel, confirming that air defense systems intercepted all of them.

Iran stated that the missile attack was in response to the Israeli raid that targeted the southern suburb of Beirut, emphasizing that it was a "warning message."
