A military source in Yemen’s government forces said the Houthi group targeted populated districts along the western coast of Taiz and Hudaydah governorates with 14 ballistic missiles, accompanied by drone attacks.

According to the Armed Forces Media Center, the source said air defenses intercepted a number of drones in the Taiz axis, as well as others over districts along the western coastal front.
The ballistic missile attacks caused no damage to government forces’ positions deployed along the western coast, the source said.
The forces also suppressed Houthi sources of fire and threats in the Al-Kadaha sector of the Al-Barh axis, west of Taiz governorate, amid reciprocal ground clashes.
The source confirmed that military units across various sectors remain on full alert and are prepared to respond to any potential threats.
