Euro-Med concerns: WHO's role in Al-Shifa director's arrest

GAZA — On Friday, the World Health Organization stated it lacks information on the fate of Al-Shifa Medical Complex Director Mohammad Abu Salmiya, who was arrested last week by Israeli Occupation Forces. WHO has urged Israeli authorities to provide full respect for his rights.اضافة اعلان

In a statement, WHO shared that Salmiya was arrested on November 22, along with five other medical personnel, during a UN-led mission to evacuate patients, Alsaa reported.

Meanwhile, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network expressed concern about reports indicating the possible involvement of WHO in the arrest of medical personnel.
