The Israeli occupation has continued its attacks on southern Lebanon, despite the signing of a framework agreement between the two sides.
The National News Agency (NNA) of Lebanon reported on Sunday that the Israeli occupation carried out detonations in the town of Khiam, amid the movement of its military vehicles inside the town. Additionally, an Israeli airstrike targeted an area between the towns of Taybeh and Deir Syriane.

Lebanon and Israel had signed a US-sponsored framework agreement that includes security arrangements and the redeployment of the Lebanese army. It also encompasses measures for the reconstruction of affected areas, the revival of the Lebanese economy, the establishment of direct communication channels between both sides, and the implementation of confidence-building measures as a prelude to a lasting peace.
