The courtyards of the Holy Al-Aqsa Mosque have recorded a dangerous escalation in settler violations since the early hours of Thursday, coinciding with successive incursions starting at 6:30 AM, ahead of the so-called "Hebrew New Month," according to the Jerusalem Governorate.

Large, consecutive groups of settlers stormed the mosque’s courtyards, concentrating their presence in the eastern plazas, the roof of the Marwani Prayer Hall, the area surrounding the Al-Qibli Prayer Hall, as well as the northern and western corridors. There, they openly performed collective Talmudic prayers and rituals, chanted hymns, and raised their voices in clapping and Talmudic singing, under the protection and escort of the Israeli occupation police.
The courtyards of the mosque also witnessed dancing circles and large-scale prayers, while the sounds of Talmudic rituals resounded across various parts of the mosque. This scene reflects a striking escalation in the pace of violations and attempts to enforce collective rituals inside the holy site.
These practices come amid strict restrictions imposed by the occupation forces on Muslims' access to Al-Aqsa Mosque, and alongside an ongoing escalation aimed at converting these incursions into collective Talmudic rituals, in a bid to impose a new reality on the mosque and alter its sanctity and religious status.
