Jagger trains five to six days a week, alternating between gym workouts, dancing and sprinting. He also swims, cycles and practices kickboxing, alongside mobility and flexibility exercises inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. He has previously said that he runs about 12 kilometers in the morning, although not necessarily every day.
In terms of nutrition, Jagger follows a diet similar to the Mediterranean diet, focusing on vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole-wheat pasta, fish and white meat while avoiding ultra-processed foods and red meat. He also makes sure to consume sufficient protein as he gets older.
French preventive medicine and longevity specialist Dr. Denis Koster says the secret is not to copy Jagger’s routine exactly, but to stay active and train the cardiovascular system, muscles and flexibility while gradually challenging the body in ways suited to each person’s age and abilities. He emphasizes that running 12 kilometers every day is not necessary to maintain fitness.
The expert also points out that Jagger has access to advantages that are not available to everyone, including medical care, a personal trainer and time dedicated to exercise. Genetic factors also play a role in longevity.
