King Abdullah II left Jordan on Sunday for a state visit to Malaysia, followed by a state visit to Australia.
In Kuala Lumpur, the King will meet Malaysian King Sultan Ibrahim bin Sultan Iskandar and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

In the Australian capital, Canberra, King Abdullah will hold meetings with Governor-General Sam Mostyn, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and a number of senior government and parliamentary officials.
Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II took the constitutional oath, in the presence of the Cabinet, to serve as the King’s deputy.
