Hammamat Ma’in Hot Springs Hotel is hosting a yoga and hot springs retreat over the April 29 weekend. The retreat will be headed by Alexandra Yashina.
Yashina is a yoga teacher and freelance osteopathic doctor who also specializes in craniosacral therapy, access bars, and holistic healing, she told Jordan News.
Ma’in Hot Springs are thermal mineral hot springs and waterfalls where people have come for thermal treatments for generations.
The three-day retreat will include yoga on the first day, followed by a hike to the top of a waterfall on the second day with breakfast.
