Syria: Dead and Injured in Ammunition Depot Explosion in Idlib

Al-Qahira News’ correspondent reported that over five people—among them children—were killed, and dozens were injured following a massive explosion at an ammunition depot in the Idlib countryside.

Thick plumes of smoke were seen rising from the site as unidentified aircraft flew over the area, local media reported.

Rescue operations and investigations are currently underway to determine the cause and full impact of the explosion.

Activists shared a video on social media showing a dense cloud of smoke billowing from the scene of the blast.
