SSC postpones approval of health insurance proposal

AMMAN — Spokesman for the Social Security Corporation (SSC) Shaman Al-Majali said on Tuesday that the corporation’s proposal to offer health insurance to subscribers has not been canceled, however, its approval has been postponed pending further actuarial studies.اضافة اعلان

In radio statements to Hayat FM, Majali said that no employee at the corporation receives any extra monthly salaries, beyond the usual 12 salaries per year.

Furthermore, he said, SSC employees receive low-interest housing loans but do not receive interest-free loans.
