During a recent ceremony held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the bank was presented with the certificate for the second consecutive year.

Suzan Al Shanti, VP–Head of Human Resources, received the certificate on behalf of the bank.

Through this recognition, Housing Bank continues to uphold its leadership position among institutions in the banking and financial sector, while maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence within its internal work environment.  The bank strives to attract and retain talented individuals to its team of over 3,000 employees. The Top Employers Institute is an internationally accredited institution, founded in the Netherlands in 1991, with a reputation for evaluating work environments and HR best practices.
