SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software applications, will bring numerous benefits to the way Floward currently manages its workforce. It is designed around improving the employees’ experience and transforming the company’s HR operations by optimizing its core activities, payroll, providing analytics, and workforce planning.

In addition, the new software provides upgrades to the company’s current human capital management as the HR team will now be able to streamline talent management including on-boarding, off-boarding, Learning & Development, and recruitment processes. SAP SuccessFactors also includes employee experience management which helps the company make informed decisions by conducting employee surveys.

As a company that operates in nine countries, it is important for Floward to keep track of all the latest labor laws and regulations across all its locations. SAP’s SuccessFactors’ automated HR legal compliance feature will facilitate the process for the company through timely reminders with the latest legal and regulatory changes.
