On September 8, 2026, Education for Employment–Jordan (EFE-Jordan) celebrated its 20th anniversary with a memorable event that brought togetherstakeholders, private and
public sector leaders, partners, supporters,alumni, and board members. The event was graciously hosted by Mr. Rudain
Kawar and Ms. Taima Khoury Kawar.

Since its inception in 2006, EFE-Jordan has empowered more than 47,000 youth across allgovernorates of Jordan, with women representing 70% of participants and more than 400 youth with disabilities reached. More than 80% of graduates have been
connected to economic opportunities through demand-driven job placement,
entrepreneurship, and online freelancing programs.
During the celebration, EFE-Jordan expressed its sincere gratitude to its donors, partners,
governmental partners, and supporters, whose continued commitment and collaboration
have been key to its success. EFE-Jordan looks forward to building on these strongpartnerships and creating even greater impactin the years ahead.
Building on 20 years of
impact, EFE-Jordan is entering a new chapter focused on using technology, building stronger partnerships, and creating new ways
to reach underserved youth. EFE-Jordan will work with government and national institutions to expand our impact, integrate AI and emerging technologies
into our programs, and develop innovative solutions that respond to the
changing needs of Jordan’s job market.
