According to JEPCO's semi-annual financial statements published on the Amman Stock Exchange website, the company successfully installed around 1.558 million smart meters, reflecting an advanced completion rate of 95% toward computerizing and institutionalizing the remote metering and control system.

On the operational level and distribution network development, the company succeeded in reducing electricity loss rates by 0.88%, bringing total losses down to 11.38% by the end of last year compared to 12.26% in 2024, according to data monitored by Al-Mamlaka.

This decline resulted from a package of measures aimed at reducing technical losses, which included adding new primary and secondary substations and introducing modern feeders across various voltage levels, ensuring a continuous electrical supply with high efficiency and lower capital and operational costs.

In a related context, the company's financial statements showed a growth in revenues collected from governmental and semi-governmental entities, reaching 77.57 million JOD for the period ending June 30, 2026, compared to 73.106 million JOD for the same period last year.
