Trump Launches Measures to Designate Branches of Muslim Brotherhood as “Foreign Terrorist Organizations”

U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order initiating procedures to classify certain branches of the Muslim Brotherhood as “foreign terrorist organizations.”اضافة اعلان

The executive order states, “This order launches a process under which certain branches or subsidiary sections of the Muslim Brotherhood will be designated as foreign terrorist organizations,” specifically referencing branches in Arab countries.

The order highlights that these branches “commit, facilitate, or support violence and destabilization campaigns that harm their regions, U.S. citizens, and U.S. interests.”
