Warm weather forecast for the upcoming three days

AMMAN —Temperatures on Sunday are expected to rise, becoming 6-8 degrees above the annual average, so it will be warm in most parts of the Kingdom, with southeasterly to southwesterly light winds, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).اضافة اعلان

On Monday, similar weather conditions will continue to persist nationwide, with southeasterly moderate winds.

As we head into Tuesday, a further increase in temperature is expected, bringing relatively hot conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

At night, clouds will gradually build up at various altitudes, making partly cloudy skies in the northern and central highlands, with a chance of light showers in the late night hours over some parts of the northern region. Winds will be westerly active blowing dust in the Badia, JMD stated.

The highs in Amman and other highlands across the Kingdom Sunday will range between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius, dropping at night to 14C or even 11C in the southern highlands. In the Gulf city of Aqaba, it will be warmer with temperatures reaching a high of 29C and a low of 18C.
