The initiative aims to strengthen direct communication with service recipients, establish an institutional approach based on listening to public feedback and addressing their needs, and involve them in developing services and improving their quality.
According to a statement issued by the corporation’s Media Center, the rapid complaints response service allows insured individuals, subscribers and retirees to submit complaints directly through the application under two main categories.
The first category, “Request or Service,” can be used in cases involving delays in processing requests, technical problems with a service, or comments concerning interactions with employees or the corporation’s branches.
The second category, “My Social Security Subscription,” covers cases involving incorrect enrollment in the Social Security system or the incorrect suspension of coverage.
The corporation said the service also allows users to track the status of their complaints and view updates, helping speed up their resolution and improve response efficiency. It stressed that it takes service recipients’ feedback seriously and uses it to develop and improve the quality of services without requiring users to visit its branches.
The corporation explained that the development proposals section gives citizens an opportunity to actively participate in improving its services and procedures by submitting ideas, comments and suggestions under two categories: “Improve an Existing Service” and “Suggest a New Service.”
The proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by specialized teams, with applicable ideas considered for implementation if they can contribute to improving services, simplifying procedures and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The corporation also said it has made an “To Whom It May Concern” letter available in English through its application.
It stressed that these services, alongside existing channels for submitting complaints and suggestions, reflect its commitment to service recipients and its efforts to ensure that their voices are heard in the development of its services.
The corporation said its relationship with the public extends beyond simply providing services to include listening to opinions and feedback and responding to needs, considering service recipients key partners in its ongoing development and improvement efforts.
The corporation called on citizens to download the “Jordanian Social Security” application and make use of the available services, while engaging with the new communication channels by submitting complaints, suggestions and ideas to strengthen the partnership between the corporation and the public and improve the quality of services provided.
