Scheduled Updates to Suspend National Call Center Services for 12 Hours

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Thursday a temporary suspension of National Call Center services, starting from 8:00 PM tonight until 8:00 AM on Friday morning.اضافة اعلان

In a press statement, the Ministry explained that the outage is necessary to carry out scheduled technical updates to the National Call Center’s systems. This initiative is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to modernize and develop the national digital infrastructure.

The Ministry added that these updates aim to enhance the quality of services provided to citizens and improve response efficiency, ensuring a better overall user experience.

The Ministry further noted that the National Call Center services will resume normal operations immediately upon completion of the maintenance work.
