In a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), he emphasized that this visit and His Majesty’s meeting with his brother, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, reflect the distinguished fraternal relations and the depth of the robust partnership and solidarity between the two countries and their wise leaderships. This is particularly vital at this important stage, as both sisterly kingdoms and the GCC countries face wrongful aggressions from Iran.
He further explained that repeated attacks and continuous Iranian military escalation necessitate joint action, coordination, and cooperation to confront the impacts and risks of this escalation on regional security and stability. He highlighted the threats posed to the freedom of navigation, energy supply security, and the subsequent negative repercussions on the global economy.
The Ambassador also noted that the significant "Jordanian-Saudi-Qatari" joint tripartite meeting serves as a confirmation of the importance of these consultations among leaders to enhance and coordinate joint efforts in a way that preserves security and stability in the region. (Petra)
