Player Yazan Al-Naimat Announces Successful Surgery

Jordan national team player Yazan Al-Naimat underwent surgery on Wednesday morning following an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear sustained during the quarter-final match between Jordan and Iraq in the 2025 Arab Cup.اضافة اعلان

The Jordanian star announced via his Instagram account that the surgery, performed at Aspetar Center in Doha, Qatar, was successful.

Medical examinations and imaging conducted after the match confirmed that Al-Naimat had suffered an ACL tear, according to the Jordan Football Association.

The striker was injured in the 7th minute but continued playing before being substituted in the 14th minute, with Odah Al-Fakhouri replacing him.

The Jordanian national team has advanced to the Arab Cup final, where they will face Morocco.
