PM, FM, German Defense Minister discuss ties, region

According to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the meeting, which was attended by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Hunaiti, and it covered areas of cooperation in the defense field, training and the exchange of expertise between the armed forces of the two countries, and efforts to combat terrorism.

Earlier on Saturday, Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi also met with the German federal Minister of Defense and held extended talks on ways to strengthen the strategic partnership relationship between the two countries, and efforts to resolve regional crises.
