His Majesty King Abdullah II sent a cable of condolences to his brother, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, following the death of his brother, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
On behalf of himself, the people and government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the King expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy over the loss.
King Abdullah prayed that God would grant the deceased His abundant mercy and admit him to Paradise, and that Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, his family and the brotherly Emirati people be granted patience and solace.
